When I received the part in the mail on Friday I called him again and we scheduled a time for the following Monday. A friend of ours referred us to Eugene and his crew, who did an excellent job with installing an outlet underneath our kitchen sink, and fixing a big chandelier that wasn't turning on. It is a busy time of year for these guys, so we did play just a little bit of phone tag during the initial contact and scheduling. But Eugene's team is worth the persistence.
